Had a real good stay for a vacation, everything was good. I enjoyed the location, which was stunning on a river bank. Moreover, it's close to the forest and mountain. My double room was perfect with a great view. An electric kettle and glassware worked well: D

The hotel is located near a beautiful river, offering a stunning outdoor zone to relax and enjoy a coffee with a view. Families will appreciate the playroom for children, where they can be taken care of by attentive staff. the breakfast buffet boasts an extensive selection with delicious coffee, and the restaurant and bar come highly recommended. the hotel also organizes various activities and events, such as concerts and bonfires, to entertain guests.
The car park is quite limited and doesn't seem to be secure, which can be inconvenient with cars.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming during check-in, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding mountains. The facilities, particularly the spa and wellness area, were top-notch and provided ample opportunities to relax. The food at the restaurant was also excellent, and I highly recommend trying the beef.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel is situated in a serene environment, surrounded by a dense forest and a river. the rooms are spacious with clean bathrooms and good air conditioning. the restaurant serves nice food with a variety of options, and breakfast is tasty with options like omelets. the swimming pool and jacuzzi are enjoyable and well maintained.
The hotel staff didn't give me the chance to alter my non-refundable reservation even when there were no peak season restrictions.

The hotel's location directly by the river and in the midst of a forest offers a peaceful and beautiful setting for a getaway. the unique and tasteful design of both the rooms and common areas is impressive. the friendly and helpful staff adds to the positive experience. the pool area, though small, is not overcrowded and the outside jacuzzi is a particular highlight. the wide selection of drinks at the hotel bar is also worth noting. Rooms with a terrace facing the river provide a calming and scenic view.
The breakfast choices were limited for vegetarians, and even more so for vegans. the absence of alternative milk options and long queues for the coffee machines during breakfast were also drawbacks.

The breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for skiing. We were able to walk to the slopes in just a few minutes, which was great. The spa and wellness center were also very nice with a good pool and relaxing jacuzzi area.
The service was not great. Our room was not cleaned properly and we had to ask for new towels.

My Christmas vacation was fantastic! the location of the hotel was perfect with breathtaking views all around. the pool and spa facilities were top, notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved the variety of breakfast options and the gluten, free and lactose, free alternatives provided.
The bartender was a bit grumpy, and the beds could have been more comfortable. the ala carte restaurant was lacking in variety, and the scallops were below average.
